I was a bit surprised to find out that one of my wife's favorite celebrity chefs (on Tv, that is) is actually involved in a cause. He wants healthier meals for British kids. How I wish we could have a similar discussion here in the Philippines. Unfortunately, we're unable provide the most basic of social services to many who desperately need it. Tsk!
