I feel like I'm in China. My surroundings resemble that of China's infamous boilerplate internet cafe's. All is well. Lot's of gamers but none of that loud racket you would associate with gaming. I just couldn't resist the big neon sign that read internet so I came in only to discover a long dark hallway filled with 50 or so computer terminals from end-to-end. Wow. Tarlac is improving. And the place is filled! A seat or two to spare but that is it.
Gone are the days when looking for a suitable cafe was like looking for a needle in the veritable haystack. This one is chic, with computers cases in red and black and semi-dark interiors. The din of cheap split-model airconditioning added an industrial feel to it all. I was hoping for an LCD terminal (those were coupled with the Mini PC's) but as luck would have it they were located by the front door for a reason. They were there to attract the occasional pedestrian like me. They weren't intended for the use of a mere mortal such as myself. Instead, I am nestled in between monstrous frag boxes fit for any serious gamer. Harump! I don't need all that power to blog away. Leave the fragfest to the youngin's.
Well, I better get going. This is going to cost me. As being my usual demeanor, I sat first before asking how much the rate was. Hehehe. Typical of an addict. Or so my dear wife would quip.
